Zeki Mensucat Inc. is one of the long-established companies of Southeastern Anatolia. It started its production in 1973 with blankets and carpets, and continued its activities with acrylic yarn production after 1983. In 1993, it commissioned its acrylic yarn production facility in Gaziantep 1st Organized Industrial Zone. Since 2003, it has continued its activities in the production of Acrylic Yarn and Blended Yarn. In 2018, the company launched its Polyester yarn facility. Today, it operates in Gaziantep 3rd, 4th, and 5th Organized Industrial Zones, with 150,000 m² of closed area and a total of 260,000 m² of open area, employing over 1,800 people, and continues to grow by constantly following global markets.
The acrylic plant has a daily fiber dyeing capacity of 100,000 kg. In our facility, both yarn and fiber dyeing of fibers such as acrylic, viscose, polyamide, and wool is carried out using the drawing method. The facility produces 70,000 kg of acrylic, viscose, wool, and blended yarns daily, and produces 2,100 tons of acrylic staple, shiny, semi-matte knitting yarn, carpet yarn, and blended yarn monthly.
Zeki Mensucat has always prioritized quality yarn production, focusing on customer satisfaction while always aiming for the future. With its integrated facilities, it acquires all of its raw materials from licensed manufacturers under specific licenses.
All chemical processes of the fibers are carried out within our facility using modern and state-of-the-art equipment, turning them into yarn ready for weaving. In addition to the colors determined for each season, any desired color and acrylic and blended yarns in the range of 7-50 Nm are produced under the control of our expert teams in our laboratories.
With the polyester investment that started in September 2018 in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone, POY, FDY, textured, air-textured ecru spundyed yarns, dyeing, and functional masterbatch production are carried out in the range of 100-7,500 denier. After the opening of the polyester facility, our company has accelerated its Research and Development activities and has made significant investments in the Research & Development and Product Development departments.
