For the production of all dyed acrylic yarns, the dyeing process is carried out in our dyeing house with a capacity of 2400 tons/month in fiber form. Our yarns are produced in the range of Nm 7 to Nm 60.

The dot effect is now clearer. With a special method developed by Zeki Mensucat’s technical team, yarns that can display the dot effect more clearly on carpets than existing PHB yarns have been introduced to the market by our company. Thanks to these yarns developed for use in the carpet industry, we are the only company in Turkey that can clearly bring the dot effect to carpets. The production of ecru or dyed, single ply or multi-ply yarns is carried out using the developed method.
100% ACRYLIC (high resilience) TUFT YARNS
These yarns, obtained through an additional process applied to high bulk yarns, offer high flexibility and resilience. The production of ecru or dyed, single ply or multi-ply yarns is carried out by applying this additional process.
100% ACRYLIC HB and RELAX SUPER SOFT YARNS
With the production of yarns from fine fibers, it is possible to achieve a softer feel due to the higher fiber placement in the diameter of the yarn per unit length. Our company’s technical team has introduced super soft acrylic yarns with 1.3 denier yarns, and these yarns are used in carpets for an extra soft touch.
100% ACRYLIC HB MOULINE YARNS
These yarns, created by combining layers in different colors with 2 plies and above in a wide fiber fineness spectrum, provide a multi-colored appearance on the carpet and give a self-patterned look without the need for drawing patterns.
