RECYCLED POLYESTER YARN:
All of our yarns are GRS certified and have a 100% recycled content. Our yarns are guaranteed to be dye-fast and are preferred in knitting and weaving applications.
Produced as recycled, these yarns range from 150 Denier to 300 Denier, and their filament counts can be 48, 72, 96, or 144. They can be produced as POY or FDY. Our facility is also capable of producing higher deniers in 150 denier and 300 denier configurations.
POY (Partially Oriented Yarn):
Standard Filament Fineness POY Yarns:
These yarns, which can be produced from 200 Denier to 1,000 Denier, have filament counts of 48, 72, 96, 144, 288, and 576. Standard POY yarns, which can be produced in 3 different cross-sections, are available in 2 different brightness levels: semi-matte and super shiny. They can be produced in dyed and ecru colors.
Microfilament POY Yarns:
These yarns, required for extra soft touch and brightness, are produced in our facility in the range of 150 Denier to 450 Denier, with filament counts of 144, 288, and 576, and can be produced in dyed and ecru colors.
FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn):

These yarns, which can be produced from 150 Denier to 450 Denier, have filament counts of 48, 72, 96, 144, and 288. In our yarns produced in the range of 150 Denier to 1,200 Denier with up to 4 plies, we offer 4 types of twisting methods: SIM, HIM, LIM, and NIM. Colored, colorless, and muline productions are available.

These yarns, produced in single and double furnace methods, can be twisted using 4 types of twisting methods: SIM, HIM, LIM, and NIM.
AIR JET TEXTURED (ATY- Air Jet Textured Yarn) POLYESTER YARNS:
Yarns ranging from 300 Denier to 3,000 Denier, with filament counts of 48, 72, 96, 144, 288, and 576, either colored or colorless, can be textured using air jets. This process gives the yarns a natural fiber appearance, enhances their texture, increases their volume, and results in effect yarns and fancy yarns, produced from POY or FDY yarns.
TWISTED YARNS
Yarns ranging from 225 Denier to 10,000 Denier can be twisted in S and Z directions, with twist counts ranging from 40 T/m to 500 T/m. These yarns can be produced in various colors and brightness levels.
FANCY YARNS
Thanks to our extensive machinery park, we are able to produce fancy yarns; using DTY, ATY, various twisting, and different heat-setting machines, we can create yarns with various effects. We can produce yarns with various effects using Cone Dyed, Dope Dyed, and Space Dyed dyeing methods.
